Workshops are available for youth, parents, and professionals who work with youth. Our workshops also make excellent lunch and learn sessions for workplace wellness programs. In depth, interactive day long trainings are also available.

Workshop fees depend on the length of the workshop, the number of participants, and any travel required.  Fill out a workshop request, or email training@hghw.org.
