Award winner Eleanor Fisk, 14, of Crawford, is a sophomore at Calais High School.  Already an established knitter and crocheter, Eleanor put her talent to work, creating a business that gives back to the community and assists those in need.  Her company, “Scarves for Stories,” markets and sells her homemade scarves.  Eleanor utilizes a staggering 75% of her proceeds to purchase children’s books that she then donates to domestic violence shelters in her area in Washington County.  She also makes and donates items to the Hat Box Foundation, which provides hats to cancer patients around the country.  Eleanor’s business savvy and charitable spirit make have made her the recipient of this year’s Entrepreneurship Award.
